License Transfer Agreement

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Naurtech License Transfer Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee"), as submitted in the "Name of Licensee" field below, either an individual or a single entity, and Naurtech Corporation, for the Naurtech software product identified below, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

  • A "License ID" is a unique and dedicated number that is allocated for each hardware device. Licensee must provide License Ids for every hardware device for which Licensee chooses to transfer the software license to another hardware device. Licensee must provide License Ids for all hardware devices to which the licenses are being transferred.
  • Only purchased licenses may be transferred.
  • Licenses may not be transferred between customers.
  • Licensee agrees to uninstall and remove SOFTWARE PRODUCT from all hardware devices for which License Ids are listed for transfer.
  • You will be charged a fee of US$ 25 for every license ID transfered. This LTA transfer fees is waived if you have purchased Annual Maintenance for all deployed licenses of our software.
  • This License Transfer Agreement, when when submitted by clicking the "I agree to the terms" button below, gives you the right to transfer licenses only for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT listed below. It is applicable only to the hardware devices for which the License Ids are provided below.

By submitting this agreement, the Licensee acknowledges and certifies that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT has been removed from the identified devices. Failing to do so would be considered a violation of this License Transfer Agreement and the Licensee may liable for damages and prosecution.
